What happens if i live with my mom, my job sent me a tax related letter and i dont file my taxes and my mom doesn't see the letter?

You can be arrested and need to pay back taxes. NEVER ignore a tax related letter.

What is the letter about? You are still responsible for your own stuff, even if you have her do it

You will be incarcerated for 6-12 months and get 24-36 months probation. Plus you will have to repay what you owe plus penalties and interest.
