Are mosquito truck required to give notice before spray?

Jogging at 2am and got sprayed by this truck.

    Cities which spray for mosquitoes are required to give advance notice.  The only problem is, "giving notice" can mean a lot of different things.  It may not be so easy for you as a citizen to find out.  My advice is to get in touch with those who determine the schedule and post the notices.

    The truck doesn't give notice, the city does.

    And yes, the city gives public notice beforehand of the times and locations of spraying.

    Look on the bright side...you're unlikely to get malaria.

    Mosquito trucks spray when mosquitoes are most active. I take it you jog at night because it is cooler. Mosquitoes are gender specific, male mosquitoes suck plant juice and female mosquitoes suck blood.
