how do i remove the camshaft sprocket on a 2000 toyota solara 2.2L?

Update:

i don't see the bolts that hold the valve cover on i want to remove the cover so i can use a wrench to hold the camshaft while i remove the camshaft sprocket bolt.

    Remove the bolt holding the sprocket with an impact wrench.  Or use a socket and breaker bar and use a sprocket holder or hold the camshaft with a wrench.
