Why does everything we eat have the potential to harm us?
For example rice has heavy amounts of arsenic and pesticides, fish contains mercury all these heavy metals can cause mental health issues such as autism.Even our tap water contains these metals and unknown chemicals that can harm us, also fruits and veg have alot of pesticides aswell. Is there any foods out there that are perfectly safe to eat?

Every substance, including pure water, has a concentration at which it becomes toxic to the human body.
And American industry has release over 80,000 novel chemicals about which we have no idea what their environmental fate may be.
The EPA used to be on top of all this, but under trump that's gone byebye.

corporations, with the help of the 'health' industry dictates what most people eat.
They've convinced most that they need animal parts, but thousands of healthy vegans are living proof that you don't.
One of the many reasons why Trump is a terrible person and horrible president is, he's lifted regulations on pesticides and lead. One pesticide he's ok'd kills bees and there's already a shortage of bees.
Go vegan, drink filtered water and reduce your risks of contamination and remember to vote against the GOP

Sadly, this is all due to mankinds attempts to make things better and to increase production of them.

First, the very small amounts of various materials pose no threat. Second, the ability to measure small amounts (trace amounts) has improved markedly and we now know more about trace materials than ever before but we really do not know what concentration is worthy of concern yet people lover to overblow things markedly for numerous and often less than honorable purposes. Nothing is perfectly safe, such is a concept in the mind not in reality and metabolic individuality may make one trace material problematic for one person may not affect many others. I think you worry too much over too little.

Because the government okays companies to put certain chemicals (poison) that will slowly kill us into food. Notice hundreds of years ago people weren't getting cancer because there was no such thing. Cancer is a new thing that was created by the elites.
