Do we know everything about our planet?

    You mean geological period?, it's not even accurate, it's just a speculation, we are not sure if the earth is really 4.5 billion years old, but in radioactive dating of rock say so, i don't know if there' pre cambrian period but the earth formation must formed in billion years.

    No, we do NOT, and we know LESS about other planets in the Solar System, including dwarf and minor planets..

    No, but by year 2020 I think we're closing in on a sure know everything of 85%.
