Will planning my meals help me lose weight?
I’d heard that planning my meals can help me lose weight. Is this true?
Breakfast - bacon sandwich. 4 slices of bacon with 2 thick slices of white bread. Lurpak. Brown sauce
Morning snack - hula hoops and a jam donut
Lunch time - pot noodle and a twix
Afternoon snack - skips grab bag
Tea time - pepperoni pizza with garlic baguette

Yes but I think you need to choose some more healthy foods like oatmeal, nuts, fruits and vegetables

If you think hundreds of carbohydrates a day is going to help you lose weight, think again. That diet you are talking about ought to help you gain about 20 pounds or more a month
