Yet savvy enough to come here and ask! Broken English and bad spelling leads me to believe you are a foreign troll.

ALL of our W-2's are mailed to you from ALL employers you had in 2019.  By law, they MUST all have them all in the mail by January 31st.

WHAT documents do you need? Ask whoever generates them for paper copies.

Call whoever was supposed to send them and ask where they are. Possibly they went to the wrong address, or something.

Go to the public library and get the reference librarian to walk you through it. They have a Master's degree in finding any information there is.

Which documents?  Tax forms are available from irs.gov.  They also have links to filing services that will file for free (if under a certain income level).  State forms are available from your state's website.

If you are talking about your W-2, you should have received that already from your employer(s).  If not, check your company's employee website or contact your Payroll or HR department.

You could go to the public library or maybe city hall to get the forms.

If you don’t know how to get the forms off the website, then do you know how to print it.

    It’’s www.irs.gov

The IRS website (irs.gov) has all the federal tax documents.  You can download them.

Your state probably has the same, but you'd have to look up which website.  I think every state has a website named [state name].gov.  For instance, illinois.gov or nebraska.gov.  That site will direct you to the website that handles state taxes.
