Light CANNOT move faster than the speed of light. No matter he fast the speed or acceleration of the car may be, it will NOT accelerate the speed of the light beam. The speed of light IS NOT CONSTANT!!!!.

No. This is the whole point of Special Relativity. The car headlight itself cannot travel at the speed of light. The beam of light coming out of the headlight is traveling at the speed of light for all observers, but observers who see the headlight coming toward them see the light blueshifted, and those who see the headlight moving away see it redshifted.

As the speed is impossible for any object then so too is the answer.
The speed of light is c for any inertial observer. ( Einstein's special theory of relativity) so no matter what speed you are doing the speed of light to you is always c. And as for any other observer it is ALSO c you reach the fundamental postulate of special relativity.
V a rel to c is not equal to V a rel to b + V b rel to c That is true ONLY in classical physics which involves relative speeds much much less that of the speed of light

No, light can't move faster than 300,000 kilometers per second. The speed of the source has no effect on the speed of the light beam.

If you look at a mobile in bed at night then close your eyes the image is still present.
The dead will say it is an 'Imp'ression on the retina - But, as the retina is an organ or incentient piece of tissue, unable to perceive it's self, what is perceiving the retina in order to reflect the image?
So, the mind is a blind eye they eyes think it belongs to.
