I am an English learner. Which is the correct answer to this question?

    You write cryptically.

    Don't say you are an English learner.

    Because you're not English.

    You're not an English person who is learning something.

    Say:  I am learning English.

    As far as your question, if there is only one person, you don't say we.

    If they are talking to you, personally...it's "I"

    If they are talking to more than one person it's "we".

    That depends on how many people you're talking to/

    If the question is to one person, it's "No, I can't."

    If it's to plural people, it's "No, we can't."

    It's option A,

    You wouldn't say "No, (we) can't" in response to a question about yourself. Because the question is about you (I), not you and another individual (we).

      How do you know the first 'you' isn't plural? It could be addressed to "you, the students."
