Concerning diet?

I tend to eat the same things every day

Typically consists of:

Breakfast:

Hemp/pea powder or whey protein shake w/ greens (spinach, kale etc.)

With trail mix (different fruits and mixed nuts)

Lunch:

Protein (usually chicken or fish) with a huge side of veggies

Dinner: I occasionally opt out. If I exercise heavily I have about 3 eggs and toast with a freshly juiced veggies

Snacks: cereal with milk or plain greek yogurt with multi grains add honey, cinnamon, cacao powder,

(Usually all organic if possible)

My question is, does this seem like a balanced diet? Is there anything you would add or omit?  Thanks for your input

Powdered things tend to make one fat. Whole wheat flour is an exception, but not in excess.
