Because "gotta" is another slang word for "have a", its questions should be changed with "have a". The other three questions are correct.

Gotta means "got to". It doesn't mean "got a".

"Gotta" is the spoken effect of running the slang expression "got a" together. It is never correct to write it. People may use it in text messages.
