Is 410 calories a day enough?

Breakfast: One fried egg (90 calories)

Lunch: salad (120 calories)

Snack: blueberries (80 calories)

Dinner: salad (120 calories)

Update:

If not, how do I make it better? (weight loss)

Update 2:

Are 931 calories better?

Breakfast: Two fried eggs (180 calories) lemon water (6 calories) - 6:00

Lunch: salad (150 calories) - 12:00

Snack: fruit (95 calories) - 2:45

Dinner: home (500 calories) - 5:30

People eat more than that on a modified fast. Almost twice as much.

For a three year old child maybe.

For an average adult, 1200 to 1500 calories per day is the minimum.

Edited to add: No, 930 calories is not enough for an adult. Your body will go into starvation mode and you will not be able to lose weight. In addition, without sufficient nutrition, you will become ill.
