Is this a good idea?

To eat more food on a day where you strength train and eat less on a day where you only do cardio? I've heard that this is a good way to walk the fine line of building muscle while burning fat but I've never tried it.

    Yes build muscle like never can imagine.

      Thanks for the answer but I'm gonna stick to what I've been doing since its working and maybe test the other idea one day anyways have a nice day
