Why my cpu voltages are so high?
Processor :- i7 - 4770k
Motherboard :- Asus Maximus VI Hero
Smps :- Corsair Hx650
Ram :- Corsair Vengance 1600
Graphic card :- Asus Gtx 660ti oc
Cpu cooler :- Corsair H60
My pc got 6 year old now.

its one of 2 things
1. the PSU is bad (you can test it with a simple PSU voltage tester)
2. your motherboard is bad, which if that is the case, would require a full system upgrade (excluding your psu and gpu)
your voltages are so out of spec i am surprised your computer can turn on let alone pull up the bios.
normally these voltages would start burning components, so right now you have a fire risk.

Check that the system has been set to default values and that it's not overclocked. If it is on default, consider a new power supply or take it to a repair shop and test it with a different PSU before purchasing a new one. If the new PSU gives the same results, then the mainboard is at fault and you'd need a new system as 4th/5th gen boards are scarce.

I'd be more worried about your 5V and 12V voltages. They're way out of spec. Either your power supply is going bad, or you have a bad VRM on your motherboard. My guess would be the PSU.
