Question about rubbing alcohol?

Can it be used as hand sanitizer?

    Yes, as long as it is over 60% alcohol, isopropyl alcohol in this case.

      you should  mix it with some base .. a skin softener is good

    I thing so. Alcohol is a major part of the most of parfumes and cleaning substances.

    Yes ... mix it with aloe vera and you have basically the same stuff as in the hand sanitizer bottles you can buy.
