    NO.  There is no cure. Symptoms may be somewhat alleviated, but no one has a CURE.

    Well my dad told me that they pump oxygen into you to help with breathing and it takes a very long time to get cured. There is definitely a way, because there has been a large amount of people that have been cured.

    Yes...time. Just like any virus. The issue that I am seeing is that the virus has the potential to cause VIRAL PNEUMONIA, which in some people can be the REAL PROBLEM. If your lung capacity is diminished to begin with because of AGE or pre-existing medical condition...it can be deadly.

    No, not yet but they are working flat out on a vaccine

    There are about a dozen drugs in various stages of testing. None of them are considered a cure yet. None of them are ready for widespread distribution. 

    All the hospitals can do for the critically ill patients is to treat the symptoms and pray that the patient's immune system can beat the virus.
