Now that Prince Charles tested positive for COVID-19, is Queen already exposed to it or no?

Prince Charles, Queen Elizabeth II's son and the first in line to the British throne, has tested positive for coronavirus and is now self-isolating in Scotland.

The Prince of Wales is only displaying mild symptoms and is otherwise in good health, Clarence House said in a statement. It is not known how he caught the virus because of his busy schedule of public events in recent weeks.

Everyone is potentially exposed to this virus.

Charles had been communicating with the Queen through phone and video chat for about a week or so and had not seen her in person for about two weeks. He and Camilla had been visiting different locations in the UK.

The Queen had been taking audiences at Buckingham Palace and had kept her visits out to a bare minimum....she could have been exposed through visitors to the palace or not. She was a bit quicker to cut down on outside exposure than Charles.

She has gone to Windsor Castle now and isn't even receiving the PM.   The weekly meetings with him are being done by phone - vid. link.

More than likely the whole place has it. He can be infecting people up to two weeks before he actually shows symptoms.

Don't you worry, absolutely everything will be done to speed Prince Charles' recovery along as humanly possible. They will all survive this virus unscathed and be better than ever before.

Not if they have been socially distancing themselves, which appears to be the case.

Sky news clarified that HM last met HRH two weeks ago so the queen probably is not infected.

You can bet HM is being regularly checked as will most of the other senior Royals if not the younger ones if in a direct line to the Throne.  The timing is wrong re incubation in the virus being passed to the Queen so she should be ok.   But who knows.

Yes, the Prisoner of War, has got the corona virus, but the good news is that he is continuing to "work". Let that be an example to everyone.
