i’m 14 and i’m having a really hard time juggling a soccer ball i can only do around 20. any tips so that i’m able to do more?

If you've gotten to 20, then you understand the concept. It's just a matter of keeping focus and control. For me, doing several touches with the same body part and then switching works well. A few on the right foot, then up to the thigh, then back down again. If you're getting tired, then conditioning is important too.

I can do max 5 Lol. But keep on practicing until you get better. There will come a time when you will say to yourself how come my juggling skill become so good?
