Is there a way for me to get my drivers license during this quarantine?

    A first one? not unless your DMV testing center is open. Renewal or transfer from another state, most states have given extensions

    Likely not.  I'd expect DMVs are closed down as "non-essential".  Existing licenses might be automatically extended since they can't be renewed (if governments have even thought about that) but they are unlikely to say 'go ahead and drive, we'll test you later' when you haven't had a license.

    Well you don't say where you are, but if you're in the U.S., talk to your local DMV. Only they can really tell you if they're offering that right now.
