Why am I gaining weight on a 1,200 calorie diet? ?
I haven’t changed my diet for the past 4 years, and I recently began to gain weight for no reason. I decided to count calories just to make sure I’m not over-eating, and I haven’t gone above 1,200 calories, so why am I gaining weight?
I was diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa 5 years ago, and I really feel triggered by the weight gain and am trying my best not to restrict any more. Please any help would be appreciated.

make sure you aren't underestimating your calories
make sure to weigh yourself first thing in the morning for your best accurate weight, if you weigh yourself after a meal, your obviously going to weigh more for a short period of time.keep in mind weight is a dynamic value, its never going to constantly be one number. if you think you are gaining weight, odds are it may just be temporary.
