If you reduced your calorie intake by half should you take multivitamins? ?

    If you eat a healthy diet of plenty vegetables and fruit to lose weight you shouldn't need any vitamins but wont do any harm to take them as long as you don't take any other medication as it can interact with meds. Most vitamins are water soluble and you pee out what you don't need.

    You should take every vitamin and minerals. Humans suffer more about the lack of minerals. If you reduce the calories, take more food of high quality.

      I am also very sceptical. We do not get our necessary nutrition today anymore - the soil is empty and so the harvest. Since modern agriculture we lack of everything;  vitamins, minerals and trace elements. In addition, we have the problem of a toxic world and need to detox actively.
