If I plug in 12 outlet surge protectors 5 of them in 5 different rooms can the circuitry handle it ?

I would plug one in living room, four in the one each in each bedroom home.  Would be five 4k 65 inch TVs in each room, lamps, plus refrigerator, microwave, stove, washer and dryer.

    Surge protectors have no bearing on the load. It is what you plug into the surge protectors. As long as you do not overload the circuits you can use as many surge protectors as you wish.

    It's impossible to give you an accurate answer with the information provided, but a "safe" answer would be no.  We don't know if the five different rooms are on 5 different circuits, and we don't know the power requirements of the things you're plugging in.  Certainly it's too much for one or even two circuits.

    The amount of outlets isn't the problem, it's what you plug into them.  Everything has a power requirement, and they can't add up to more than the wiring and breaker are rated for. Generally, an electric stove will have it's own circuit, and often a refrigerator also will.  Lamps, especially with cfl or led bulbs draw very little current, so you don't worry about those.  You'll have to check the label on the TVs to see how much current they draw. Then you need to figure out which rooms are on each circuit...it should be listed on the breaker box, or you can figure it out by flipping the breakers and checking to see what they turn off. The breakers have a number on them which represents amps, and everything plugged into that circuit can't exceed that number.
