How the F*CK do you motivate yourself to work out when you're always held back by anxiety and depression?
I WANT to work out 5 or 6 days a week but only make 4 days because of it. I'm so desperate to get better I will try anything, I will even castrate myself if that's what it takes to get motivated.
Would slugging myself in the head as hard as I can with a 5 lb plate motivate me to get started?

Do it without the motivation

It's called forcing yourself to do things. I have almost zero motivation for everything. I don't have anxiety or depression. It's all about making ourselves get started. Usually, after we start a project or something we are working on, it starts to flow okay or even well after a little while.
