Still sore after a week?

I like to run and last week, with quarentine and stuff, I had so much pent up energy that I started really, really pushing myself. I got really sore and I had to slow down to the point in which I had to take a couple days off bc even standing up hurt a ton. I haven't ran in over a week and I'm still sore. What's going on?
