We really move freely in our city as no cases have come up HERE. We are instructed to keep 1.5 meters (5 feet) distance and stores have tape on the floor at 1.5m. intervals. Traditionally, Russia had no "personal space". If you stood in line with a foot between you and the next, someone would step in front, thinking that you are just browsing, not in queue. It is recommended we wear gloves and masks, and not shake hands. No one is being harrassed by police or ordered home. Officially, cafes are shut, schools are too. We have banking, pharmacy, grocery and other shops open as they are "essential". An individually owned bakery (she also has a cafe which is shut, and owns the school cafeteria, wqhich is shut as well) put a sign up "mini-market" as they only had fresh breads and cakes with coffee or tea and were not designated as a grocery.

Yes, most of Russia is under a strict lockdown. They're arresting people in Russia just for letting their dogs out to poop.

According to RT, they have their own version going on until the end of April.

Most likely like almost all countries around the world, yes.
