How can you overcome 24/7 anxiety.?

    Why are you anxious all the time? I have social anxiety in some circumstances, but it greatly improved when i got therapy and meds. Exposure therapy didn't do anything for me until i started the meds. So, talk to a professional. Can't give you much of advice as you didn't put much info in your question.

    24/7 anxiety is PTSD. Childhood or later major trauma can cause the panic button to become stuck in the ON position. If you can pinpoint your major traumas you can begin to address them. In the meantime, breathe, relax, go for a stroll, try not to turn little troubles into big troubles. Monitor your thoughts. Avoid a spiral into negative thinking.

    Stay wherever you're comfortable. And don't put yourself out for favors.

    There's no anxiety when you feel comfy in your own skin.
