We want to ship directly from China to the end user in Canada without them finding out who the manufacturer is in China. How?

DON'T!! And you can't anyway. China is a sealed tomb so there are no manufacturers operating in China to send anything anywhere anymore and never will be again except perhaps in an extremely long time into the future from this age we are in at present on this Earth.

You can't. The package won't get through customs.

Go ask in the Business (Fraud) section, as this has NOTHING to do with Travel.

If you ship something from China directly to a customer in Canada, the package is going to come with all kinds of clues on it as to where it came from. (Export stickers, postmarks, etc.)  If you don't want the customer to know it came from China, you have to ship it somewhere else, then ship it to the customer from there, and then they'll think that place is where it came from.
