Can I add cinnamon to oatmeal while I am losing weight?

I want to lose weight soon, can I add cinnamon to oatmeal?

    Yes, add it to make the oatmeal taste better, plus cinnamon is anti-inflammatory, which helps with weight loss. It is a good choice. Add blueberries, too, if you want to be even healthier.

    Sure, cinnamon is basically a flavouring that is pretty much zero calories or low enough to be ignored.

    If you have low blood pressure then avoid cinnamon because it can lower it more

    Of course you can. But there will be no real boost to weight loss because of it. It is, however, very tasty on oatmeal. And it may have other benefits besides weight loss.

    THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH CINNAMON ON OATMEAL OR CEREAL I LOVE IT THAT WAY, IT IS VERY GOOD TO KEEP SUGAR LEVELS DOWN BELIEVE IT OR NOT AND IT HELPS BLOOD FLOW. YOU WILL NOT GAIN WEIGHT AT ALL. I USE IT ALOT.

    Cinnamon,just as every special taste additive,can increase your appetite & so add to how much will you eat!If you wanna lose weight faster then avoid it AS much as other special taste additives too!Sure if you need it its different
