Is there a way to save pizza dough that uses bread flour instead of all-purpose flour?
My brother made pizza dough and didn't know the recipe called for all-purpose flour. He used bread flour. He's kneading it and he's having a really hard time. It's actually really painful to watch. Should he just let it rise? And if so, how long?

If he is having a hard time kneading it, its because not enough water was added.. Using bread flour does NOT automatically make the dough very stiff. You can use what ever flour you want...Folks for years and years have used bread dough to make other things and that includes pizza.
