People  living in Hong  Kong,  which  isnt  part of  China, have free  and  complete  access   to the internet.

People  living in  PRC ( China)  have a totally  Govt  controlled  version of the internet  where  you  will only  see  what the  Govt  allows  you  to  view.

People in Hong Kong has full access to the whole internet. But people in mainland China has to use expensive VPNs in order to access Google, YouTube, and so on.

Hong Kong pretty well doesn't have access to anything anymore. The Internet would be a miracle beyond imagination.

What day is it? When Hong Kong was returned to China, there were certain guarantees of it's autonomy, and things didn't change much. But China has gradually been exerting more power, and things are changing every day.

PS- smart kids in China know how to get around the restrictions.
