How come some motorcycles can wheelie while others can’t?

Doing a wheelie is way more dependant on the rider. I know people who can wheelie anything they get on. Some bikes are definitely harder, having less power, being heavier, etc. There are people who can wheelie mopeds with hardly any power, and people who can wheelie huge Harley baggers. It's all about the rider and having a lot of skill.

There are videos of people wheelying giants like Electraglides and others on Chinese mopeds. So I am going to suggest that it is operator error.

I wheelied a Honda 50, lost the passenger as well.

Then I learned how to ride on two wheels, with losing contact.
