MIB is the only real place for help.   Do NOT use other fake help.

Additiionally, most life insurance companies mail out an annual statement sometime around the insured's birthday.  Look or wait for that statement, if none then there is no other policy.

If she is alive, you ask her.

If she is dead, it is probably too late.

You can try paying MIB for a list of companies to which she applied for insurance, and then asking each of those companies whether she had one from them, but there's no guarantee that you'll find it.

I guess you have to look through her papers - hopefully, she kept them in one place.  Most people don't have more than one life insurance policy but I suppose you could go through her bank statements to see what insurance companies she paid premiums to and give them a call.

Unfortunately, there's no central registry for life insurance policies.  Look through old bank statements for payments to a life insurance company.
