Breastfeeding tends to that naturally, once your diet is also right. In terms of excess skin, tighten up by exercise, eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking lots of water. All the best! Congrats on the little one.

Time, diet, and exercise. Just like any other weight loss. Start by getting cleared by your Ob/Gyn for exercise or find out what you can and cannot do at this time and when you can get more active.
Weight loss is 80% diet. If you eat highly nutritious foods (veggies, quality protein, healthy fats, not junk food) at the calorie requirements for your goal weight, you should start to burn fat. A weight loss of 1 pound per week is a good goal.
Some of the belly has to do with having had your stomach stretched while carrying a baby. Over time it will shrink.
Doing aerobic/cardio exercise will help burn calories. Doing ab/core exercises will help build up the muscles in your abdomen. A combination of those two can be very effective along with returning to a healthy weight.
