What do you think these stimulus payments will do to social security disability?

Not a thing.  Social Security isn't a benefit based upon financial need.  Therefore, any income other than work income is immaterial to the benefit amount or entitlement.  If you'd bother to read your notices that you've gotten over the years from social security you'd know what it is you are required to report.  Things which need reporting are things which might impact entitlement.

As for SSI (supplemental security income which isn't social security) which is a federal welfare program - I haven't read anything about it but I'm betting that the stimulus checks will be excluded from countable income - meaning it will have no impact on benefit amount or entitlement.

I was a SS claims rep for 32 yrs.

The $1200 stimulus payment will not affect your social security disability benefit.

probably nothing, given that many people are in massive debt from looters and rioters destroying their buildings

Massive debt from looters/rioters hasn't a darn thing to do with it.
