A tenant leave his dog without a leash and his dog keep running after me. Call the police or somewhere else?

    Talk to the tenant and let him know something will have to be done if he doesnt put it on a leash first.

    Yes, call the police who will probably report him to animal control. In 99.9% of places unleashed, aggressive dogs are a violation and you can be prosecuted for it.

    Call the police to get the matter registered else you may be misunderstood by your neighbor

    Just take the dog to a vet and have it put down.

    Most police have an "Animal Control" officer or an arm of the SPCA who will handle the dog for you, legally.

    As most civilized communities have a law (ordinance) regarding a free running dog.

    Speak to the landlord.  If no results, police should look into it.
