Brady without question and feel free to ask me again in 20 years or so.

ps: I'm not a fan of either player or any of the teams they have been on.

Jimmy Garoppolo but he has been on a leash for most of his career.

Which just goes to show you how easy it is to interpret statistics to suit your beliefs.

Given their  overall body of work, I'd still say that Brady is the better quarterback, so far.  Garoppolo is just getting started, and has plenty of time to do better.

Jimmy G. had a better season last season than Brady, in spite of all the haters trying to put him down constantly. They keep moving the bar after he did things that they said he could not do. For example, they said he could not win a shootout but he did against New Orleans. Then they come up with something else to put him down. The job of a quarterback is to win games. Jimmy G. has a better winning record last season than any other quarterback in the league. If the defense did not let him down, he would have won the Super Bowl.

You forgot the most important statistic:

    Brady:  6

    Garoppolo:  0

Nonsensical.  Jimmy G has barely done anything yet and the NFL continue to evolve a more passer friendly environment.  Comparing raw stats between eras in the NFL is nonsense.  This isn't baseball that never changes or evolves.

Further, you're not even comparing the best stats.

Brady's the obvious pick, but wait till Garoppolo's career is over then make ask this question.
