Do Australia & NZ also have a moral obligation to take in Hong Kongers alongside the UK?
The Queen is the Head of State & Hong Kongers may prefer to stay in the APAC region of the world, as opposed to the mother country in Europe?
Does also Canada?

They have no obligations; they didn't previously make agreements, or provide citizenship - this was just the UK.
If they choose to, that's up to them.

No. Why would they? Australia, New Zealand, and the UK are entirely different countries, for all that they have the same person as Head of State. However, they may wish to accept immigrants from Hong Kong. Canada certainly has over the years to our benefit. But, there is no obligation to do so, and there should not be one.

No. And UK will only take those already holding British National Overseas passports, or those who are eligible. In short, only the most affluent, educated, talented in HK.
