Do it the way my grandfather did during the Great Depression...get a shoeshine kit and a sign and wait outside the train station in the morning and shine the businessmen's shoes as they get off the train for work.
Or do it the way my great grandmother did when she became a widow at the age of 30...with 5 children...do clothing alterations and laundry.

There is a good book called How to Create Fund and Start Your Own Business. See if you can get a copy from the library.
Maybe check a used bookstore or a yard sale.

If it was easy, everyone would be a business owner. The accepted way is;
Ambition - experience - unlimited hours to pursue the venture - network of potential customers - quality service/products - cash and/or ample funds to meet your obligations both business and personal - expect no income for months until income from sales materials into cash and a personality to continually balance numerous business & personal problems plus. Been there, done that!
