Best supplement for muscle,bone, joints?

I'm a 25 year old woman I'm active in the gym and just overall. 

I have some arthritis in my knees especially. 

I want to know what the best supplement or vitamin to take daily to help with muscle, joint, and bone overall and daily  comfort.

    Calcium with vitamin D for bones, glucosamine with chondroitin for joints. Naproxen sodium (Aleve) for muscle pain.
