Would Trump convict Derek Chauvin to prison or not?

    Trump will be watching to see what the judge decides, and the jury too.  Trump is not a judge.

    Of course not.  That is the JUDICIAL BRANCH that does that. 

    Similarly, I would not convict Chauvin to prison.  You need a JURY to do that. If I could unilaterally convict a person and did, then I would be a dictator. 

    Now IFFFF you are asking in my vote were I on a jury would be to convict Chauvin, yes that is ow I would vote if on said jury.

    The president has no power to convict or acquit someone on trial for a crime.
