Basic military workout.  Run 2 miles 3-5 days a week, try to get to a time under 13 minutes.  100 sit-ups, 50 pushups and 100 jumping jacks a day 6 days a week.  You can split the sit-ups, pushups and jumping jacks into sets and do them at different times of the day.  You’ll see dramatic results in 8 weeks.

Sure.  Just go on YouTube and search for terms like body weight workout or no equipment, or full-body or HIIT or Tabata -- search for upper or lower body.  You can find dozens of workouts with all kinds of different instructors and levels of difficulty. It really is much easier and you'll get better result if you just follow a video than if you do this on your own.

The keys to success are to focus on technique/form and range of motion before working of numbers or speed.  Follow modifiers until you have the routine down and can do the exercises correctly.  Bad form is a waste of time -- you won't get the results you want. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XIeCMhNWFQQ
