Which city is better for permanent residence for a nurse? London or NY?

    It is doubtful that you will be allowed to work in NY on your Visa.  Your credentials may not transfer.  By the time you get re credentialed and become a US citizen, it is cheaper to stay whet you are - and probably not in the City of London.

    Which can you legally work in? (not many work visas for nurses in either direction)

    Also - on a nurse's wage, you'll struggle to afford to live well in either.
