Are John Major, and the others who switched British sovereignty to the continent the biggest traitors in English history?

    No, the opposite, if we are to compete with the super powers we need to become a part of one, Boris and Farage and the likes are traitors because they've handed our enemies and competitors a massive advantage over us

      Farage says it the way it is,he puts truth first and votes last, we are now a third world country because politicians push diversity to hide honesty.
      Major the remoaner and Edwina curry says it all

    That isn't how it works and it would be British history. Parliament voted in favour of the Maastricht Treaty, but it took a vote of no confidence in Major's government to get it through. In hindsight he should have sought a mandate from the people at the time. What happened after that when Blair was so keen to get former Soviet States involved that the EU became very lop sided something that had begun with Greece being admitted and many people became disillusioned with the 'experiment'
