    Apocalypse.  His enhancements are such that he is able to adapt to whatever requirements are called for.

  • Does this just applies to The EX-Men or everyone who has a mutated DNA?.... Because Space Punisher Hulk would be the strongest in terms of Strength.

    Can't use Super Saiyan, it's not a mutation, it's a technique.

    Can't use Saitama, don't know what he is.

    Can't use Superman, he's not a mutation, his solar absorbing genes are native to his race.

    Its difficult to judge in terms of raw physical power, because a number of mutants, like jean grey or rogue, have abilities that allow them to augment their natural strength. Of the traditionally "strong" characters whose main ability was lifting potential, probavly juggernaut, or collosus if you want to go with the X team
