The Bible makes it quite clear that Jesus was a male, but does it say anywhere whether he was a cis male or a trans male?

I can’t find any information about that in the Bible

Really?? The cis, trans, and which pronoun to use thing is so five months ago. We have moved on to racism, at least until after the election.  Does the Bible make quite clear the color of Jesus' skin?

Jesus was straight.....Jesus remained celibate.to focus all upon what God intended for him to do....

The fact that he pranced around on water wearing a dress like a little fairy leads me to think he was trans..

    Luke 2:21

And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.
