Why am i not losing more weight i am eating vegtables everyday and eating under 1000 calories a day?

    The solution to your curious problem is either to exercise more or to eat less. For example you could cut back to say 800 calories a day. Or you could run a 100K marathon with the Dallas deputy. Which do you prefer?

      Your body is adjusting to a healthy diet. You might need to cut back on how much food you are consuming. Drink more water.

    Because you're not eating enough food.  Maybe research some proven weight loss plans which also enhance your over all health?  Ketogenic diet is one and if you're a vegetarian, there is a Keto option for that too.
