lawfully is it defined as a threat to text someone reading "keep your mouth closed before you can't open it"?
can a person get in trouble for doing that?
i asked because a lady said she's tired of being lied on by another woman and she will bust the other woman in the mouth if that's what it take to shut her up. so she just text the other woman "keep your mouth closed before you can't open it"

Depends how much money defendant has. Eminem can get away with calling out a target by name; and stating he is going to blow their house up. This he can do; because he has millions of dollars to hire professionals to argue first amendment. If you are poor, and only have a few dollars to your name; expect to be jailed, get a piece of trash public defender, and to be convicted for same statement you mentioned.
