If I ac vaccum pump my ac unit, do I still need flush the refrigerant, or is the vaccum pump already doing that? If it is not doing that. Do I I flush the refrigerant than vaccum pump next?

The vacuum pump is the very last step, in fact it's connected to a manifold that switches the system directly to the refrigerant input right before it's filled. You cannot allow the system to pull air in, it can only be filled while under vacuum. Air is contamination.

You flush the lines.  The condensers are hard to flush now and they are just replaced.  After flushing, you do a vacuum.
