How come America coronavirus cases are rising while in Europe, it is decreasing?

    Why are you comparing a country, America, with a continent, Europe?  Try comparing SIMILAR countries or continents.  Maybe compare North America with Europe.

    I think it’s because USA is a business country people buy more masks and hand sanitizer with higher price on market 😏

    That's not true. Europe (Yellow) still leads in number of cases and the trend is still rising. The chart below shows number of cases until 4 July 2020 (Yesterday). Note that in the graph below, the numbers for America (Orange) is a sum of cases in USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Peru. So the number of COVID19 cases for USA alone is way lower.
