Bone Lengthening (femur)?

After the femur bone has been lengthened (2 inches) and healed, after 6 months. Will it be able to handle a punch. Let’s say that a friend comes by and he punches your thigh as a joke to give you a Charlie horse. Can it sustain it?. What can easily break it? Can it easily break without any effort?

Thanks for you answers.

Yes it can break easily. It never will be like your original strong bone and the pain of lengthening it is horrific. It's not an easy 6 month recovery. It takes a full year to heal from major surgery and blood clots getting into your arteries is a possibility so you can die after the surgery. If it's just vanity to be 2 inches taller it's really not worth it.
